GEAR UP BEFORE YOU GO
If you're heading out to off-road, you'll need:
- Front and rear towing points
- Tow strap
- Full-sized spare tire
- Trusted tool kit
- More-capable-than-stock jack
- Spare vehicle parts
- Basic first aid kit
- Portable air
- compressor
- Duct tape
- Jumper cables
- WD-40
- Bailing wire
- Zip ties
If you're heading for the sand, you can add:
- Flag or Whip light
- Small Shovel
Other Equipment and Supplies
In addition to the off-road list, there are also a few other essential that you need to consider:
- Food
- Water
- Clothing, layers suitable to manage hot or cold weather
